Hello! I am Waiyee. Below is a little bit about myself professionally:

I recently graduated with a BSc in Sport, Conditioning, Rehabilitation & Massage. I am also qualified up to level 5 Sports Massage.

I operate from the Cardiff Wellness Lounge  where I can treat musculoskeletal issues with the addition of dry needling and dry cupping.

In addition, I work with Dinas Powys RFC where I work as a soft tissue therapist treating tight muscles from injury or overuse during the week and assist with pitchside on the weekend.

I am passionate about fitness, rehabilitation and injury prevention. I  aim to help clients improve range of motion from hypertonic muscles caused by overuse or minor injury.

Outside of work, I am a mother and a fitness fanatic.
